‘The Best Little Secrets Are Kept (Hooligan)’ is a new sculptural installation by Luxembourg-based artist The Plug in which cryptic symbols are punched into light-filled metal lockers. Building on The Plug’s work with graffiti, the iconography of the work suggests an undercover visual language, a hidden message legible only to the initiated.
